Hello!

This question was answered here:
https://github.com/mxe/mxe/issues/824#issuecomment-137521898
MXE uses cmake provided by your system. This package is not used
normally (at least on Linux).

This can be changed soon and MXE could compile native cmake from
sources and use it to cross-compile other packages.
