[Mingw-cross-env-list] MXE hdf5 Build Error

Gentle People:

     I have encountered the following build error on hdf5 when building
the MXE Cross Environment:

- Downloaded the current stable version:

git clone -b stable https://github.com/mxe/mxe.git
make

- Intended target MXE 32bit.

- Platform: CentOS6.4 (Redhat) x86_64

- Please note that the whole log file is attached.
