Ouch. Thanks for noticing! I just fixed that.

$(PKG)_WEBSITE is obsolete by now, so I replaced those
with their real URLs.

(However, we could re-introduce $(PKG)_WEBSITE quite
 easily in the future in case there's any need for it.)

Sorry for the inconvenience, and for not having tested
a clean "make download" after my changes.
