I'm not against that, maybe there's useful stuff
in it. But I'd like to hear about at least one
sensible use case for those tools. (see below)

So free write to drop us a note if you feel you
are missing some tool (*.exe file).

This is probably a historic issue. Some time I established
a very strict policy that alsmost no *.exe files should be
generated from library packages, because those often caused
extra build trouble, and because those are useless in a
cross-build environment anyway. I thought. Later I was
convinced that there are many useful *.exe files generated
by most libraries, so I lowered that policy to install the
*.exe files, as long as at least one useful thing is there.

So feel free to propose a patch that doesn't suppress the
build of gspawn-helper.exe, ideally with a good desciptive
commit message.
