Grrr...

Don't worry about the log, they're in the process of changing their
directory layout.

Base - The basic MinGW system as supported by the MinGW maintainers.
Extension - Additional packages suported by the MinGW maintainers.
Contribution - Packages that have been contributed and maintained by others.
Unsupported - Packages that are no longer being maintained.

We are currently undergoing a restructure of the FRS file system.  All folders
and packages will eventually be moved to one of these four as time permits.

I wont be able to update this till tonight, in the mean time you could
use the stable version (fixes other broken links);

hg clone -b stable http://hg.savannah.nongnu.org/hgweb/mingw-cross-env

and manually download:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/MinGW/Base/mingw-rt/mingwrt-3.18/mingwrt-3.18-mingw32-dev.tar.gz/download

to your pkg directory.
