I just noticed that the gmp build doesn't enable gmpxx, but it's one of the dependencies for openscadpy. It builds/installs just fine and I have linked against it though I haven't actually ran the program yet, so I can't say for certain it works. Is there a reason it wasn't included already? This patch enables it.
