[Mingw-cross-env-list] Problem building libpng

I recently started to use mingw-cross-env-2.18. 'make gcc' worked 
fine, but now 'make libpng' fails:

Wrong checksum of package libpng!

> From other messages on the list, I gather that a transition to libpng 
1.5 happened recently. What am I supposed to do to get the current 
version?
