[Mingw-cross-env-list] Qt 4.7 p1 fails to build on OSX 10.6

This reminds me of a problem that happened with macports Qt when OSX went from 
10.5 -> 10.6 (64bit), but I'm not really sure if its the same thing...  In that 
case I believe one could add CONFIG += x86 to force 32-bit in their  qmake .pro 
file.
