I wonder what "error in the packaging process" was. Withdrawing a beta release seems like a pretty extraordinary step. Stay tuned here for an update when the next beta comes out. In the meantime you could try a websearch for "mirror qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.7.0-beta1".Due to their extraordinary step I guess something went _horribly_ wrong. So I recommend to avoid their 4.7.0-beta1 release for now, even though it is still downloadable from other sources.
The new beta1 is now at the same old URL.I've diffed the new beta1 against the old beta1. The differences are in the html docs and license texts.
