[Mingw-cross-env-list] New user of mingw-cross-env: GTA

Hi!

I use mingw-cross-env for the GTA project (Generic Tagged Arrays):

This projects provides
- the GTA file format for arbitrary multidimensional array data and
associated meta data
- a library (libgta) to read and write GTA files
- a toolset (gtatool) for all sorts of manipulation of array data as
well as import from and export to other file formats.

Libgta depends on zlib, bzip2, and xz, and Gtatool optionally uses
muparser, imagemagick, pfstools, openexr, gdal, matio, and qt (and
netpbm and dcmtk, but I did not yet write mingw-cross-env Makefiles for
these packages).
