I hope this is just a temporary problem, probably caused by
correcting the "RELEASE-0.10.20" tag after releasing 0.10.21.

So I added 0.10.20 to the ignore list and hope that they
won't do that again in their next release:

I already fixed such a thing in the gnutls package. It's just
a matter of adjusting the regex for the version number:
