Yes, it is. There are only known problems with NSIS. Everything else
should build fine.
And more to the point, 64-bit Debian (i.e. Ubuntu as well) is supported
completely, i.e. it is meant to build everything including NSIS.
Before filing bug reports, please verify that your systems meets all
the requirement as listed in:
http://mingw-cross-env.nongnu.org/#requirements
Everything stated in the "Debian" section should also work for Ubuntu.
If it doesn't, or if there are different package names under Ubuntu,
please tell us. In that case there'll be an extra section for Ubuntu.
