This is a very old version of Make.  The latest one is 4.1.

The only clue I can give you is that error 267 is the exit code of the
batch file created by Make to run the compilation command.  I have no
idea why it exited with that code, and I have no way of testing that,
since I don't have a binary of such an old version of Make.

Can you upgrade to a newer version?
