Hi, you have emailed the win32 GNU Make mailing list, rather than a
linux kernel development list. Also you do not need to email the other
address "address@hidden".

Looks like you have a linker problem, I would consult arm linux
developers who provided you the source code. Or seek assistance from
Bintuils mailing list.
