Please explain what happened on April 2 between 22:48:35 and less than
one minute later.  Did someone manually changed the system time moving
it one hour behind, i.e. from 22:49 to 21:49?

How can this be due to summer time, if, according to what you posted,
it was still winter time at 22:48:35?  Did summer time come into
effect at 22:49?  That'd be a strange moment for changing the time.

Also, what time zone do those two PCs use?  (To see that, double click
on the time in the system tray, then open the "Time Zone" tab.)  Does
it have the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes"
option checked?
