Build of 3.81

Hi,

I have just compiled the 3.81 Beta 2 (I know, I didn't spot the beta 3
download) using Borland C++ and Native NT Command Shells. Should I find
a problem with Beta 2 and shall compile Beta 3. Otherwise, I shall save
my effort until the FCS.
