Hello,
Regarding the win32 "Path" discussions. I noticed that even though my
system environement variable is called "PATH". When i type "set" in a
cmd.exe, I still see "Path" as the variable name. This is how it
appears in the 3.81 beta make as well I noticed.
I wonder how it is possible to really end up with "PATH" for the
environment variable?
I looked in the registry, and in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/controlset001/Seesion Manager/Environment/
there is PATH!
controlset002 and controlset002 are the same. I wonder where this
"Path" spelling comes from?
smss.exe is the first process spawned on win2k (Windows NT Session
Manager), that has "Path" as it's environment variable spelling too
I notice.
Kind regards
JG
