Email to gnu-system-discuss claiming to be rms

I'm spamming a number of people, since I don't know who best to contact.

Attached is a message sent to gnu-system-discuss that pretends to be rms,
but originates from a mirohost server. I noticed that this header is
very similar to a message that claimed to be bill-auger on
gnu-linux-libre, which is also attached.

How can this be prevented, and can you please forward this to the right
people? Do you have any idea who may be behind this? I haven't
investigated further; it's very late here.

As you can imagine, especially given the current climate, if people
are able to convince others that messages originate from Richard, then
they could cause a quite a problem. As an example, Jose Marchesi
replied to the message without expressing any sort of concern.

Richard would probably benefit from GPG-signing his messages as well.
