Hi Jeff (and Werner),
The VERP envelope munging happens with all mailing lists hosted on
lists.gnu.org. It is a global configuration (specifically,
VERP_PERSONALIZED_DELIVERIES in mm_cfg.py), done in order to appease the
DKIM monsters. As far as I know, it cannot be changed per-user.
