On 30 November there was a change on eggs (the incoming MX system)
which caused a 451 Tempory Reject to be given to all incoming email.
Everyone email was stalled through the night. This was fixed the next
morning. Probably that is the problem you were referring to here. I
don't know the details beyond this.
