It is to make it easier to avoid exposing any symbols beyond those in the 
lzlib.h interface. BTW, I have found a couple symbols exposed by mistake 
(FLZe_encode_member and FLZe_longest_match_len). They won't be exposed in 
the next version of lzlib. Thanks.
