Hello,

With all due respect going forward I will not use, nor suggest
others use lzip.   This is because of serious design issues
that cause extremely serious consequences.

I have no desire to explain, not document the design issues.  I
would ave thought given the very careful comparison and
explanations of lzip vs other compression formats such serious
design issues with extremely serious consequences would not
have occurred.  In my opinion what I have discovered is basic
and never expected would occur.
