[Lzip-bug] plzip vs 0.6 manual missing info.

Hi

This is just a FYI so you can decide.

IF the manual specified:

Whether or not plzip output files are the same as lzip,  and that you
can or can not use lziprecover (from the lzip package) on plzip files
to recover them...

It would help paranoid  people wanting safety and recoverability to
decide whether to use plzip  or lzip.

If lziprecover can be used or if plzip comes with its own version,
then plzip wins hands down.

I am assuming can since the email address is the same for lzip, but
you know what they say about assumptions.
