You can put them in any order. The only difference is if you call 
LZ_decompress_write first, maybe LZ_decompress_sync_to_member will 
directly find the header without entering the search state.

I think in your case this difference does not matter, so it is easier to 
put LZ_decompress_sync_to_member first.
