[Lynx-dev] Navigating to headers and ignoring cookies

Hello,

I've been looking at the Lynx User's guide but I can't find answers to these 
questions. How do I navigate to headers, not just to links? How can I ignore 
cookies? 
Finding headers is very useful. Cokies can be a nuisance.
