[Lynx-dev] Lynx "form select option disabled" problem

I came across with this misbehaviour on Zope management interface,
where it was impossible to add items with Lynx.

When first "option" element of "select" does have "disabled"
attribute, Lynx turns entire "option/choice list" UNMODIFIABLE.
"disabled" attribute of later "option" elements within same "select"
do not have effect.  If "disabled" attribute is honored, it should
disable only that element, not parent element or sibling elements.

Tested:

Lynx 2.8.5rel.2 (MacOS X 10.4, PowerPC, DarwinPorts package)
Lynx 2.8.2rel.1 (OpenBSD 3.2, SPARC, OpenBSD package)
