I was (unspecified) talking about the three pages at that site,
namely these:
   Connect via browser:
     * with no built-in Japanese support: [12]graphical or [13]text-only.
     * with JIS support: [14]graphical or [15]text-only.
     * with EUC support: [16]graphical or [17]text-only.
     * with Shift-JIS support: [18]graphical or [19]text-only.

Neither 15, nor 17, nor 19 works correctly. Sorry for being unclear.
