Thanks, I did finally work it out using an example I found on usenet
from dejaNews. I had seen this option a long time ago and never
known it was that easy to use. However it is not easy to guess the format
needed in Posting data, and I am sure I still don't know all the details.
It worked for the simple form I submitted.

A simple example in the man pages will be a great help to anyone
interested in using this option. Reading through the usenet I found
many queries with my same question.

Use -source together with -get_data or -post_data.
