Well, you are making the assumption that lynx will be able to show the
page, right? If I were going to attempt something like this, I would
require Java or ActiveX, etc. to be used (or a specialized helper app).
This of course would not prevent someone from doing a screen snapshot
with a camera or image grabber, but certainly it could prevent one from
doing something 'with the page' itself...
