On my system, using a "stock" lynx.cfg file "right out of the box" with
lynx 2.8.3dev.18, the command shown above drops both the footnote link
texts *and* the numbered links in the body of the page from the output.
Adding the -number_fields- argument makes no difference to what I see in
output.
So obviously, there must be interplay with a couple of the .cfg itemes
that can cause one of these items to be included and not the other. I can
see reasons for wanting several combinations of this information, so I
don't suspect anything is "broken", just perhaps "under documented".
