At this point I would add advice to change the properties of the
shortcut to increase default environment space to 4096. Otherwise the
batch file may fail due to a full environment space. You may want to
comment on the need to set up mail (either sendmail.exe or blat.exe)
and telnet to work from lynx. You seem to be distributing the same
sendmail file that Wayne was distributing. This was by Nigel Ellis
and appears to be shareware that requires registration. Information
about its shareware status should probably accompany the binary in any
distribution package, unless you have some evidence that this version
from 1995 was actually distributed as freeware.

Is this really true? I thought that we changed this several versions
ago, so that cp.exe is no longer needed for the DJGPP and Windows
ports.
