Even with this vague and still untested policy, other countries continue
to have issues with encryption and the issues relating to patents on RSA
exist.  I recommend that the official lynx distribution continue to follow
the conservative path and that if someone who has no concern about possible
legal or financial retribution take on the task of an alternative distribution
for those who don't want to take the two or three steps to add in support.
