Primitive or not, it is the only case where lynx tries to change
an existing html file.
The function that does the removing gets passed just a filename and the
number of the link to remove. It works surprisingly well nearly all
the time. If you have a proposal for a better implementation, especially
one that doesn't create a bunch of new problems, let's hear it.
