It most likely depends on the situation--if you're just using the left arrow
to back out of the current document and into a document that you don't want
cached, the only thing you can do is hit ^R when the document appears.
If you are selecting a hyperlink and don't want it to view a cached version,
instead of hitting ENTER or the Right Arrow key, hit 'x' -- it explicitly
loads it without referencing the cache, and throws out the previous cached
copy.
