Also, the breakout directory exists at:
http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/release2-8-1/lynx2-8-1/ and
http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/current/lynx2-8-1/ (for a little while).
You could use the help subdirectory at:
http://www.slcc.edu/lynx/release2-8-1/lynx2-8-1/lynx_help/
