First, take a look at the html itself.  Run one of the HTML validators
on the html if possible.  See if you can create a coherent example,
using a small amount of text, to duplicate the problem.  If you can,
submit that to the mailing list for us to look at.  If you can't, save
off an HTML page where this occurs, edit the file (carefully) to obscure
any confidential passwords (hidden or otherwise!)  or account numbers,
then have _one_ of us take a look.

I am wondering if this problem is in any way related to the 'feature' of
lynx of pointing multiple occurances of the same href anchor to one
occurance of the anchor.  Perhaps for instance there are multiple forms
using the same variable names, etc.
