Greetings. If you _absolutely_ must your 2.6 and can not upgrade to
2.7.n then I have a copy of the patches that started it all... they're
not as nice as the current version (I suck at C) but they do work
(even if with a few querks). If you _really_ want it, e-mail me at
address@hidden and I'll send you a uuencoded gzipped tar file
that has the patch and the install/doc file (in html).
