So in your batch file to start up Lynx you'll want a line like
the following. This is a dos batch file, so it's `\' not `/'.
"set lynx_cfg=c:\progra~1\lynx\lynx.cfg".

A simple way to check what dos really has there is to open up your
"MS-DOS PROMPT" box, and do a "dir" from the dos prompt. (Just like
the good-ole-days.)
