        1) context diff against ac-0.74 patched to the ac-0.77 level
        2) corrections and revisions to the two LYNX_LSS sections
           were moved out of SIMPLEDIR and into this file
        3) even less redundant use of INSIDE_ and OUTSIDE_DOMAIN.
