LYNX-DEV A question about OPT files.

From: Brian Tillman, x8425
Subject: LYNX-DEV A question about OPT files.

Why does the DECC.OPT file referenced in Lynx's link on a VMS system, after
compiling with DEC C include the line:

sys$library:vaxcrtl/share

I was under the impression that DEC C's RTL was all that was needed for
linking.
In fact, I removed that line from DECC.OPT and Lynx still linked with no
problem
and seems to run just fine.
