LYNX-DEV patches page

Since fotemods and the devel code have now both incorporated
the numbered_forms patch and highlighting patch, there is no longer any
need for me to maintain my temporary patches page at
http://www.intac.com/~leaves/.
So subir can feel free to remove the link from his patches page.
My page may go away soon, or change to something unrelated.
Who knows -- I may even do a "real" home page with something
interesting on it...:)
