QL2FAX is a DOS fax program that used to come bundled with Cardinal
modems.  So...sounds like she's using terminalemulation to dial in and use
a public Lynx.

I suppose its possible that she inherited a virus from some mail/file that
she downloaded.

Have you run a virus checker on your PC Jeanne?
