LYNX-DEV Laura's highligting patch

I have just tried Laura's patch that makes lynx not change the attributes
of a link when moving over it, and it works fine for me. I have tried this
on Linux console, in a xterm window and on a WYSE terminal, both in color
and no-color mode, and all worked as expected.

I'd speak for adding this to the development code. I know this will
eventually get suppressed by Rob's style patches, but before that
happens..
