LYNX-DEV 5/15 fotemods and suspend

I just tried the 5/15 fotemods and suspend does not work on HP-UX.  I
built it on HP-UX 9.0x, and tried suspending it with 9.0x and 10.20 (with
curses patches).  I've never been able to get suspend to work properly on
HP-UX.

I also tried it on RedHat Linux (kernel 2.0.18, I think & linux-ncurses
target), and it seems to work.  On Linux suspend has seemed to work
intermittently (one version will work, and next won't).  I haven't yet
tried it with my Slackware 3.1 install at home (still need to update the
compilers and such from 3.0).
