LYNX-DEV Passive FTP transfers

Is it possible to get Lynx to do passive FTP transfers while using FTP?
See I am behind a firewall and there is NO proxy server. I have no access
to the firewall machine.

Can someone help me out? Lynx will not recieve files via ftp...
