LYNX-DEV Browser hosting

Hi,

   I'm an ISP from New York and I have quite a few users who are text only
based users who would love to have access to the internet, I was told that I
could provide "Browser Hosting" using Lynx on a unix or vax system and
provide the information downstream to the client over PPP.   Is this
possible, please let me know.
