LYNX-DEV ftp uploads?

I was reading the URL Schemes Supported in Lynx document and do not see
anything in it about supporting uploading to ftp sites.  Is this something
that is currently not supported?

Also, does anyone have a WWW site which provides a search engine interface
to the Lynx documentation?
