Hmm. The majordomo must have created another typo is my
always perfect messages. :) :) I presume you used -DNO_TTYTYPE.

I forgot to add it to the list of SITE_DEFS options in
the "self-documentation" section of the top-level Makefile, so
there's no way, at present, for anyone not already familiar with
the code to know about it. Sorry.
