I'm curious here. Since NetBSD-1.2 was just released a couple weeks
ago, and doesn't have ncurses in the standard distribution, is it
necessary to have this ifdef? Can it be folded into one of the
proposed autoconf variables (er, NCURSE_HEADER)?
