[lwip-users] Reinit the LWIP

Good morning

I am experiencing a crash of the communication at run time. 
I do not really know what happens but I need a solution for now. My aim is
to reinitialize the stack run time
when the condition is detected. I tried to call the lwip_init() but it crash
inside. 
Is there a way to reinit warm time?
